THE PURCHASE CONTRACT
I Will:
Negotiate the terms based on YOUR wishes.
Follow the process through inspections, financing, appraisal, etc., keeping you fully informed along the way.
Provide you with closing documents and attend the closing with you, helping with endless details, such as occupancy, utilities, etc.
